Wine making:
Red Wine Making. Maceration on the skins at controlled temperature.
Characteristics:
It is an important wine, with characteristic taste and perfumes. Properly tannic.
Colour:
Ruby Red with purple reflexes. The reflexes become garnet with the ageing.
Bouquet:
The small red fruits and the typical scent of hay prevail in the young wine. With the ageing the perfumes becomes more complex and goes from the mature fruits to the spices.
Taste:
It is a full-bodied wine with good structure and persistent aromas. It improves with time and aging in the bottle.
Complements:
Ideal with second courses of red meats and game. It is good with cheese.
To be served at:
16 – 18° C.
Shelf-life:
3 years and more.
