In the Vineyard
The Pinot Chardonnay grapes grow in the hillside vineyards of the Conegliano area and sorroundings.
The pedoclimatic environment is ideal: the soil is rich in clay and limestone, which are the favourite of this vine, and the cool and windy climate protects the skins from the mold.
In the Winery
Soft pressing of the grapes.
The fermentation in steel tanks lasts about 12 – 15 days.
The temperature is controlled and remains around 18° C .
Rest and aging for 6 months in steel tanks at a temperature of about 16° C.
In the Glass
The color is deep straw yellow, bright and with hints of golden.
The aromas are mainly fruity, with exotic and mineral scents.
The taste is harmonious, balanced, with a good acidity, that makes it a versatile pairing and an excellent complement for fresh and light dishes to share in good company.
To be served at:
10 – 12° C.
