Cabernet D.O.C. Piave
This is the most rapresentative red wine of the Marca Trevigiana: it originates from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc grapes.
- Colour: intense ruby red verging on garnet
- Fragrance: when new it is vinous and herbaceous, with age it is refined and envokes the scent of straw.
- Flavour: dry, harmonious, slightly tannic.
- Complements: best when served from a decanter, it complements red meats roasted on the spit or grilled.
- Serving temperature: 18° C
