After the Prosecco grapes have been pressed and left to ferment at the proper temperature, the product is distilled under vacuum in copper alembics.
- Colour: crystalline, limpid, brillant.
- Fragrance: typical of Prosecco, fruity.
- Flavour: intense, fine and elegant. Excellent when served cool.
