Marzemino Passito

It originates from a limited production area in the sunny hills of Refrontolo. The grapes are dried on trellises for 4-5 months, then made into wine and left to macerate with the skins for 15-20 days. It is bottled after Easter.

  • Fragrance: it particularly recalls ripe marasca.
  • Flavour: pleasant, sweet, refined.
  • Complements: excellent with pastries but also with soft cheeses.
