Masello
Produced in limited quantities from a wellchosen blend of great wines, it is aged first in oaken butts and later in 225 liter kegs.
- Colour: intense ruby red with flashes of garnet
- Fragrance: rich, intense and persistent, it evokes the scent of licorice, vanilla and violets
- Flavour: dry, full, velvety, slightly tannic
- Complements: best when uncorked two hours in advance, it complements venison and game courses and also aged cheeses.
- Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C
