This pure unblended wine originates from the higher and more traditional areas on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
- Colour: straw-yellow with flashes of green.
- Fragrance: characteristic, subtle, slightly fruity.
- Flavour: typical, slightly acidulous but well-balanced.
- Complements: it is particularly indicated with first courses and with white or red, not overly elaborate, meat dishes.
- Serving temperature: 8°- 10° C
